Information for Parents
Baby-sitting and Family Child Care are not the same kind of care for your children!

Baby-sitting provides for short term absences from Mom and Dad; Family Child Care is structured for longer term care, providing a stable educational, social, and interactive environment.

Making the right choice in child care!

Experts recommend young children be cared for in a small group home setting for optimum health and development, quality of care, and socialization.  While choosing family-based child care is one of the best decisions a parent can make, informed parents seek family child care homes affiliated with the NJFCCPA.  The New Jersey Family Child Care Providers' Association makes available to its members training and support that brings about a higher degree of excellence in their profession.  We are a National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) State Affiliate, one of the few state organizations to meet the requirements for national affiliate status.

Choose Family Child Care....for the love of your children!
