The Educational Association for Family Child Care, Inc. (EAFCC) is the sister organization of the New Jersey Family Child Care Providers’ Association. The EAFCC Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. More specifically, the EAFCC seeks:
- To improve and maintain high quality Family Child Care through
education of both providers and consumers.
- To provide to the community information, in the form of
seminars, technical assistance, mentoring, community programs,
and other information media, concerning Family Child Care.
The EAFCC has joined with like-minded early childhood organizations in
the state of New Jersey to offer a state-wide family child care conference every other year. Our 4th partnership conference was held just this past April 2011, with over two hundred in attendance! Attendees enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and luncheon, shopped the vendors, and won many prizes – everyone left with something. Relevant training topics were offered, geared toward family child care, simultaneous Spanish/English translation services for the keynote speaker, along with two morning and two afternoon workshops presented in Spanish. The principal offices of the Corporation shall be with the EAFCC President in Cranbury, NJ 08512 or such other location as the Trustees may from time to time determine. This Corporation is listed in the national non-profit database.
